It was a lightbulb moment. My friend and I were talking about her success on eHarmony. Ever since that day, I have been obsessed with ending the global crisis in workplace engagement (only 15% engagement globally). And the # 1 reason people are disengaged is a lack of satisfaction in their relationship with their boss. You know what that crisis means. It means more than just high turnover, lower profitability, lower net revenue and lower earnings per share. It means unhappy people (employers and employees) leading unhappy lives. You’ve been there.
